From the verses written by Tripitaka Master Xuanzang, was used to analyze the influence of Mental Objects and Mental Factors in The Eight Kinds of Consciousness. Then further explained the relationship between the both and how they impact on human emotional management. The Mind and Consciousness Theory has actually included the emotional management from the perspectives view in Modern Psychology, and its theory is even more established in the truth of transcendental world. By analyzing the theories of Mind and Consciousness, it was found out that the Attention Mental Factor and the Power of Habituation in Alaya Consciousness are the keys in affecting one’s emotions. Therefore, in order to observe the rise and descend of one’s emotion, people learn to habituate on listening, having rational thoughts, mind concentration, observing the current emotional state, Besides that, people also may turn their negative emotions into positive ones via the Three Studies: Precepts, Concentration and Wisdom. However the final finding even concluded that emotion will not arise when one realized the truth of "emptiness of self and dharma". This study found out that the Mind and Consciousness Theory on emotional management is a gate of righteous thoughts for all beings. It’s also provides a direction for self-understanding. This theory is applicable for all Buddhist and non-Buddhists; let our mind to be purified of defiling illusion, transforming knowledge into wisdom. Thus, The Mind and Consciousness Theory play an important role on clarifying people’s spiritual spirit in this modern era. SHIH, YUNG-PEN HUANG, KUO-CHING 釋永本 黃國清 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 97 zh-TW |
