However, with the advanced in medical technology, this expectation cannot always be met. Based on ethics of care, this study aims to discuss the development of patients' autonomy and the meaning of appropriate death through literature review. In addition, this research advances medical decision-making by collegiality of decision-making through intersubjectivity, sympathy, engrossment and motivational displacement of the caring ethics of the “Patients’ Autonomy Rights Act”. In the end, this study proposes life education as an aid to promote patients’ autonomy and appropriate death. TSAI, CHANG-HSIUNG 蔡昌雄 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 120 zh-TW
