The parameters are compared with the ST-28-280 (KK- Kao Kong) mold clamping machine to compare the actual parameters of the epoxy resin after the distribution of the hardness of the plastic material and find the optimum extrusion speed, mold temperature, mold clamping pressure And other parameters. In this study, white epoxy resin was used as the experimental material, the molding speed was 6,8,10,12 (mm / sec). Mold temperature is 170,175,180,185℃, extrusion speed is 20,40,60,80 (sec), clamping pressure is 100,110,120,130 (kgf/cm2), four kinds of positive pressure and (L16(44) orthogonal table, changing the distribution speed, mold temperature , Clamping pressure and other parameters, to identify important control factors in the process, to obtain the best distribution of hardness. To help us more easily complete the most appropriate flow parameters to control the dispensing of the rubber material after the hardness of the most appropriate flow control to ST-28-280 dispenser control performance to improve the efficiency of the purpose. Period to obtain the best dispensing control compound surface structure and hardness of the composition, in order to establish the optimization of the process technology.
