| Summary: | 碩士 === 南榮科技大學 === 工程科技研究所碩士班 === 106 === Yanshui is the hometown of beehive rockets.On the night of Lantern Festival, thousands of beehive rockets are set off all together. The sound, the scene, and the smoke are all shocking experience. Yanshui is also one of the townships explored and cultivated earliest in southern Taiwan. From Yong Li Years of Ming Dynasty, Qing Dynasty, Japanese ruling period, to the present Minguo Period, it has contained the political consciousness in different periods and different country styles and included a variety of cultures. This study adopts the angle of slow travel,in which the travelers meditate and slow down their thinking, having an in-depth experience through the slow pace, feeling the local culture of Yanshui personally, and understanding the historical charm of Yanshui in the past several hundred years. Through slow travel, they can find the beauty of Yuejin—beautiful scenery: the eight ancient views of Yuejin are pleasant and soothing. The forefathers made poems to celebrate them. The recollection of the hustle and bustle of the old Yuejin Harbor period is like the reappearance of the eight views. Delicacies: The local slow living delicacies are inherited and passed down. The old flavor is worth tasting carefully. The new thinking mode is combined with the local independent farmers, who make use of the eco-friendly cultivation method in the local produce to inspire the creative delicacies. Beautiful people: The timeless cultural gist is even more refreshing. The unique commercial activities in the cattle market sell the hospitality of the traditional agricultural society. The artistic creativity serves as the element of inspiration, creating the local cultural characteristics in the spare space in the alleys. The microcosm of the life fields in the alley colonies and the traditional architectural technology are achieved by the ancestors’ hard work and worth repeated visits. The modification of the Baroque street house facades is made into different atmospheres during the day time and night time to vitalize and turn over the new image of the street and remake the sustainable value of the streets. Aesthetics: The academic, artistic, and cultural perspectives stand out in the local schools and universities through the campus characteristics and educational concepts are established and developed. By referring to the cultural and historical documents, this study keeps a written record of and introduces the four perspectives of beautiful scenery, delicacies, beautiful people, and aesthetics of Yanshui in four chapters to experience the local cultural appearance and the local cultural essence of Yanshui wholeheartedly and think about and orient the preservation and value of the local culture of Yanshui again. The assistance of the e-book, website establishment, and value-added collection enrich the cultural and historical sites and geographical landscape. Through social network, QR scanner, online keyword search and URL announcement and the introduction from clicking the website pictures, film, or connection to other public websites, it is expected that more people can experience the local culture and find the beauty of Yuejin through slow travel, and the prospect of making old Yuejin charm reappear will be fulfilled.
