Consumers could have a good impression after consumption and the restaurant could attract more customers. Identify the main restaurant factors that affect customer satisfaction and the relevance between different demographic variables for consumers and different theme restaurants, recommendations could be made for the restaurant industry reference. The method of this study adopts the questionnaire and we choose the customer of the theme restaurants at Kaohsiung, as our subjects. The study of theme restaurants at Kaohsiung City shows that: (1)“Food” is the most significant factor affecting customer satisfaction, and the second is“price”and “atmosphere” and finally is “service”. (2) Concerning the customer satisfaction, customers with different demographic variables show significant difference in a few items. (3) Customers have no difference of overall satisfaction with different themed restaurants. (4) Different themed restaurants and demographic variables show significant correlation (5) Different market segmentations on customer satisfaction shows significant correlation.
