The implementation process can be easily divided into design and construction of the two major categories, and the whole process of design and construction is the “specification” which is a very important role in the navy’s plan to obtain warships. At present, the design stage of ROC Navy in the warship is generally based on the criteria of US Navy. The stability capability of the warships damaged by combat or other factors is the continuation of the safety and combat power of the warships, so the damage is discussed in detail. The design specification of the degree is relevant. This study has obtained a design oriented to a more complete outline by analyzing the design criteria for the damage stability of advance naval warships in the world, analyzing and evaluating the requirement of the navies of various countries. It is hoped that with this research, it will be able to provide forward-looking reference information for the ROC Navy to follow up on its own warship specifications.
