The emergence of crowdfunding has enabled small and medium-size enterprise and individual entrepreneurs to have new way to raising funds. The global crowdfunding industry has rapidly rising, but the crowdfunding industry in Taiwan is still in the infancy stage. Most of the previous studies were based on foreign platforms, and there were few studies of crowdfunding in Taiwan. This study will compare all projects that ended on December 1st, 2016 to December 31st, 2017 from the platform Kickstarter and flyingV. And discuss the positive and negative relationships of the factor that might be affect the project success rate form this two feedback-based crowdfunding platforms. The result from the multiple linear regression analysis have found that on like precious studies, the duration of the project is no longer a negative relationship to the project success rate. At the same time, the number of update is the most significant factor that affecting the success rate of the project.
