Over the past years, soil liquefaction was caused by earthquakes, in some cases, the pile foundation were deformed due to the deformation of ground, and furthermore superstructures were damaged. Dynamic behavior was studied numerically using a three-dimensional effective stress analysis in this research. First, conducting one-dimensional and two -dimensional dynamic analysis based on the soil parameters which were obtained from the field after the soil test. Discussion were focused on seismic wave propagation and excess pore water pressure excitation. A 3D FEM analysis model consisted of 2×2 group piled foundation and pier model was analyzed to investigate the seismic response of soil and pile foundation during various seismic acceleration input wave were carried out exploring the dynamic behavioral response of soil- foundation- structures. According to the research results, one could find that the maximum bending moment of pile head would come from the upper pier shaking and the inertia form the soil movement. When the upper soil layer liquefied and the lower soil layer did not liquefy, the piles responses were controlled by the boundary of liquefied and un-liquefied soil layers, where the second large bending moment occurred.
