The function of mobile application are developed management, consumption and entertainment etc. gradually from common tool application like alarm clock and camra etc.. After Apple company sell first generation iPhone in 2007, start to change people's aspect for mobile device. Mobile device is not only provided with transferring newsletter and making a phone call, but also satisfied with require of play exquisite game, record life, buy something I like. Due to amount of require more and more, develop mobile application become so difficult. And according to different mobile platform, the engineers must have relevant knowledge for platform before they can further develop and maintain. Therefore, the way engineers choose to develop make mobile application being shorten development time, reduced costs and be fully compliant with the user experience. However, engineers must choose hybrid or native mobile application development before project start. Above, this study use two way of development: RWD and native to implement a mobile application for iOS platform, and in different condition discuss and compare advantages and disadvantages between two way during developing mobile application.
