This equipment can install different types of control module for matching Siemens module specifications. It is also capable of complete display, real-time surveillance, data backtracking operation of high-speed railway turnout switches, end position detector and ground insulation monitoring device from remote locations to actualize warning signal states. Process of this research includes: design of driving circuits, integration for system development, graphical analysis and operation analysis, etc. After the system completes capture and identification of on-site light signals, relevant information will be transmitted back to the surveillance platform. When the equipment fails, maintenance personnel can process subsequent analyses from remote locations. This research is based on a non-intrusive design pattern. The existing module controls circuits inside the non-intrusive switch machine without changing the loop structure of internal original circuits. It successfully overcomes problems of capture of signal of the control module, and also successfully records and resolute the states of static positioning signal and changes of dynamic signal of Siemens turnout control system. This study can effectively reduce maintenance duration and cost of material consumption, and significantly improves the efficiency of maintenance operations and equipment availability.
