With the help of global positioning system (GPS) technology, the same information network is constructed through the tactical data link system, our military units on the battlefield chain the information of command posts, combat troops and weapon systems on the battlefield and exchange the required information with each other. The decision-makers within the command post can display the positions of the enemy forces returned by the front troops on the computer system, considering the position and attacking ability of our military's weapon system, using the data link system to issue attack instructions directly to the weapon system and make the battlefield command more rapid, the war operation mode has also entered the "information" war. This study uses the conflict matrix of TRIZ as a research tool, improve of the existing military tactical data link system under military procurement contracts, improve system utilization and the period can produce a progressive effect, obtain real progress.
