Island-based countries are limited by the land resources, which cause enterprises to build their factories almost with multi-floor layout design. Due to the limited floor area, the process will be cut to many configurations. Therefore, horizontal movement of logistics and vertical movement of logistics across floors must be considered in. However, the sharing of elevator resources causes variations in transportation time. and complicated logistics in multi-floor layout factories. Under the premise of meeting the costs and services, the key of Intralogistics success which is to find out multi-floor layout factories logistics mode. The logistics system is tested in the real environment and the result shows that there’re too much influences in scale and input. To evaluate the effectiveness of the program, it could be through the system simulation to construct the experimental environment. In this study, compare two kinds of models, “the establishment of a fixed material flow model” and “flexible material flow model”, toward the current logistics model. The result said that both two kinds of models can reduce operator of one fourth, more excited, the establishment of a fixed material flow model has a better performance in customer satisfaction and average flow time. Another model, flexible material flow model, it has a good performance in value-added ratios and total pick up times.
