Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 工業設計學系 === 106 === The objectives of this study are to observe the consumer group's perception differences in electrical appliance colors and to do research into cognition's emotional values of colors on electrical appliances. The feeling adjectives are adopted in order to find out emotional factors of the consumer's expectation. We will conduct research by looking into their lifestyle and analyze the range of color preference, emotional factors of color as well as the preference differences of various consumer groups. The results of this study showed that different colors target at certain types of customers: 1.Type of consumers who pursue trends: They prefer colors of red, yellow, blue and purple with high Chroma; red and purple with high brightness; red, yellow and blue with low brightness and blue, white, light gray, dark gray and black with medium-low and low brightness such as. 2.Type of consumers who have self-enjoyment attitude: They tend to like colors of yellow and blue with medium and low brightness and Chroma; red, yellow, green, medium gray and dark gray with high brightness and low Chroma. 3.Type of consumers who are introverted and pragmatic: They prefer colors of red, yellow and green with high and medium-high brightness; green color with high Chroma and yellow, white and black with low brightness. 4.Type of consumers who focus more on family life: They tend to like colors of red, yellow, blue and purple with low and medium-low brightness and yellow and green with high Chroma. 5.Type of consumers who are fashionable and get personality: They prefer colors of yellow and purple with medium-high and medium Chroma; red and green with medium-high brightness and red, black, white and light gray with medium-low brightness. 6.Type of consumers who impulse buying: They tend to like purple with medium-high to low brightness and red, yellow and medium gray with medium-low brightness. This study would like to discover the emotional factors of electrical appliance's colors in order to control and understand more target groups regarding the emotional needs and color preference via the study process and to create the family electrical appliances for different consumer groups.
