The competition prize of Wen Sayling’s Wuxia Novel has the longest history, the highest bonus in Greater China. Tomorrow Studio has published over 20 wuxia novel in ten years and it makes many contributions to wuxia novel. This thesis is based on his novels, seven of the first prize works, and through text analysis, induction and comparison.
There are six chapters in this thesis. The first chapter is introduction; it is about the motive and purpose of research. The second chapter is the background information; it is about Wen Sayling and the history of the prize. The third chapter is the narrative method; it is about seven authors winning the first prize and their works. The fourth chapter is about characters’ overview, like names, outlooks, love, integrity and a sense of honor. The fifth chapter is about the work’s development and value. Then, compare the prize of Wen Sayling’s Wuxia Novel with the prize of Ancient And Modern Legends. The sixth chapter is about work’s succession and innovation. Finally, we sum up the contribution and prospect of Wen Sayling’s Wuxia Novel.
