Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 成人教育研究所 === 106 === The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among psychological empowerment, work enthusiasm and work adaptation in physiotherapists in Kaohsiung and Pingtung. The study is a quantitative research, data collection by a questionnaire. The subjects are total of 400 members of the Kaohsiung City and Pingtung County Physical Therapy Associations. The methods of the statistical tests include descriptive statistical analysis, independent samples t test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's methed, Pearson product correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Major conclusions of the study can be summarized as follows : 1.The physiotherapists have moderate-level perception of psychological empowerment, especially self-efficacy of psychological empowerment. 2.The physiotherapists show moderate-level perception of work enthusiasm, especially absorption of work enthusiasm. 3.The physiotherapists appear moderate-level perception of job adaptation, especially job role of job adaptation. 4.All physiotherapists 31-40 years old, just clinical work, have master degree or above, working in clinics 15 years and more have a higher awareness of psychological empowerment. 5.Married males whos age 31 or older, just clinical work, working in a medical center or clinic 15 years and more have a higher perception of work enthusiasm. 6.All age 31 or older, master degree or above, just clinical work, working in clinics 15 years ans more have a higher awareness of job adaptation. 7.There is a significant positive correlation among psychological empowerment, work enthusiasm and job adaptation in physiotherapists in Kaohsiung and Pingtung. 8.Psychological empowerment and work enthusiasm can predict physiotherapists’ job adaptation, and the most predictive is mission of work enthusiasm.
