Due to the financial technology becomes more and more popular, the financial services are no longer offered only from the bank. The branch offices of the bank are drastically reduced. Many employees are facing the problems about adaptation and transformation. How to overcome the difficulties and challenges is the big trail for the supervisors.
This study takes Hua Nan Bank as the sample, collected 381 copies questionnaire to investigate the relevance about leadership style (transformational leadership and transactional leadership), job pressure and job performance. The results are listed as the following:
1. Transformational leadership and transactional leadership influence job pressure negatively. And the former is inferior to the later.
2. Transformational leadership and transactional leadership influence job performance positively. And the former is inferior to the later.
3. The job pressure influence job performance negatively.
