The main purpose of this study is to explore the case of the company’s consumer banking staff, the felling of organizational climate for the company and impact on job performance. The purpose of the study is as follows:1. Dose the leadership styles have a significant effect on job performance, outline and analyze the status of the organizational climate in case company. 2. To understand the relationships between sales executives’ leadership styles and sales, and organizational climate and job performance. 3. Analyze leadership style and organizational climate, suggestions and directions for case company to propose future management and improvement plan. In this study, the “questionnaire method” was used to collect data, taking the consumer banking department staff of a bank as the research object, 250 questionnaires were issued, with 213 valid questionnaires were collect, and the effective recovery rate was 85.2%. The results showed that the subjective transactional leadership style has no significant effect on job performance; leadership style has a significant impact on the organizational climate, and the organizational climate has made significance to most of the job performance, and only one facet is not significant.
