Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 美術學系 === 106 === The pain at present and the unspeakable suffering breaking out in the future turn into the start of the ideas of my creation. Taiwanese artist Hou Chun-Ming (1963) said, “Basically, all my creations are solving problems in my life.” For myself, art works should be the presentation of a whole life, the psychological exploration and spiritual introspection. My creations are based on my life experiences. As the pain is strongly connected to my feelings towards my body. Sometimes it seems it is not mine. Therefore, the experiences are transformed into different forms of works. Through the process of creation, I construct the past, the present, and the future, which intertwine the traces of self-existence. I even heal myself by artistic power, reconsider what pain and creation mean to my self-existence, and find out myself in it.
