As a symbol, the internet has become a stage for individual’s creative activities in the age of globalization. Although it saves people plenty of time and brings in convenience, it also causes the author to enter into anxiety, especially while facing acquaintances and machines. This forces her to intiate an endless circle of automatic writing. Therefore, taking the author as a sample, she applied the four symbol discourse of awakening the main character's la mémoire involontaire towards artworks, which Gilles Deleuze (1925-1995) analyzes À la Recherche du Temps Perdu(1913 -1927) created by Marcel Proust (1871-1922) in an interdisciplinary way. Targeting along with poetic dialogue among six characters within novel The Waves (1931) written by Virginia Woolf (1882-1941), double dialogue novel Le Square (1958) composed by Marguerite Duras (1914-1996), Entrance To Subway {Subway Station/Subway Scene} (1938), Portrait of Rothko's Mother (1928-1931), No.10 (1950) painted by Mark Rothko (1903-1970) and the author's works. At the first stage of research, the author aimed to clarify the sourses of anxiety through analyzing preceding works as well as her images and paintings in comparative reading. However, throughout the process, she discovered herself falling into the state of mystic automatic writing and gradually is lost in the hypertext information age. At the second stage of research, the author thus terminated her self-analysing rational thinking via participatory exhibition. Through the “cut and paste” activity and having conversations with others, she was able to interact with others and revitalize the sensations which helped her achieve a balance and lead her to the integration between mind and body. Eventually, she discovered that automatic writing is a way to clarify the formation of anxiety. Through the automatic writing, it helps people stop worries, reach a state of peace between mind and body, and transform anxiety into a drive to adapt the modern life.
