Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 軟體工程與管理學系 === 106 === The development of e-commerce promotes changes in consumer shopping behavior, consumers don’t have to go to the physical store to buy goods as they used to, and now they can get goods and sales through online stores, the online seller platform has become a conduit for consumption, whether it meets the needs of consumers is one of the key factors for a successful online store, therefore research is aimed at the design of e-commerce seller platform, using Delphi method to analyze the key success factors of online shopping platform design, research first explores the relevant factors through the literature, after the expert validity review, a preliminary draft of the questionnaire was prepared, and using the Delphi method. The research found that the online seller platform can influence the consumers' willingness to purchase is the convenience provided by the selling place, and the trust brought by the information given. These two facets are the most important factors that affect consumers, convenience includes, simple navigation, don't distract consumers on the checkout page, simple shopping process, free shipping, multiple payment options, and shopping site with application, with six factors; in addition to the trust that information brings, multi-faceted high resolution product images, detailed and engaging product info, product videos, show contact info, and so on.
