Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 人力與知識管理研究所 === 106 === The present study was centered on identifying the demands of vocational courses designed for talent incubation for Food manufacturers in Kaohsiung, Pingtung, Penghu, and Taitung. An expert meeting was held, and a questionnaire was distributed to manufacturers. The Fuzzy Delphi Method was employed to analyze the experts' suggestions. After having identified key positions that the experts agreed upon, the researchers further explored studies concerning the workforce structure, educational training demands, and statuses of training resources of the said positions in the food manufacturing industry. Due to the development demands of smart and automated applications in the food manufacturing industry, talent with skills associated with smart and automated food manufacturing are key players in transforming the food manufacturing industry. The training demands for such talent involve professional certification courses [e.g., International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)]. In addition, the food manufacturing industry exhibits a substantial turnover rate among entry-level employees. Thus, educational training should be centered on the workforce management and training of managerial personnel. In short, simultaneously incubating and promoting talent is critical for the operational plan of a business.
