Analyzing the situation of knowledge transformation through the promoting process and essential elements of the study object; By facilitating the intellectual property standardization workflow and internal production change activities to evaluating the benefit and application level of knowledge management in the workflow.
This is a case analysis study. Data was collected from study object. Level of implementation and actual benefits of long-term operation of knowledge management was analyzed by collecting the internal information, yearly report of promoting process and manager interview. In addition, internal inquiry was used to investigate the actual benefit and depth of promoting knowledge management at different department.
The results and comments of this study generated practical application suggestions to the corporation as well as a reference for promoting knowledge management and future study.
