The main subjects of the wedding photography, wedding consultants, wedding photography, bridal secretaries, and banquet hall staff in the Southern District. The data required in this research was collected through the written questionnaire survey, A total of 200 questionnaires were issued and 192 valid questionnaires were recovered. the collected data was analyzed with descriptive statistic, reliability analysis, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and regression analysis of SPSS 24.0.
The conclusions of the study are as follows:
1.According to the study and analysis of the wedding practitioners personality traits for positive affirmation, with obedience and modesty, wedding practitioners for the job challenge, autonomy and sense of achievement satisfaction is higher than job compensation and promotion.
2.The difference in personality traits in the wedding industry, the communication of the wedding banquet hall staff, easy to gain trust than wedding photography and the bride secretary's self-confidence, group, like thinking and innovation higher than wedding photography; Job pay and promotion satisfaction is higher than wedding photography.
3.There is a significant positive and low correlation between the personality traits and job satisfaction of wedding practitioners, the higher the correlation coefficients of "openness", "responsibleness", "and pleasure", "extroversion" and lower the correlation coefficients of "emotional instability" and higher job satisfaction; Internal job satisfaction is positively related to personality traits.
