In order to understand the experience of men who have sex with men (MSM) and living with HIV in the process of sexual practice, the study interviewed 10 MSM and living with HIV about their sexual experience and relative information. Through the understanding of power and subject of Foucault, the study analyzes and interprets the sexual experience and ptactice. This study finds that through the discourse of public health, law, media or community of HIV, it will affect the construction of the subject of who living with HIV. And then affect the choice and response of the people’s sexual practice strategy and experience. And the sexual experience will also affect the discourse and re-construct the subject of these people. Therefore, this study thinks that the sexual experience of people who living with HIV should be understood in the context, including what and how discourse construct subject and these people. In addition, although the stigma of HIV, AIDS, MSM or gay still exists, the subject of these people constructed through a more positive discourse will still confront the stigma by telling their infection status for pursuing an equal sexual relationship or intimate relationship. More, the stigma will interative with other stigma or status, and change by the new research findings such as ‘U=U’. Based on the findings and discussions mentioned above, this study provides advice and feedback on public health and medical, AIDS workers, legal and political workers, and who living with HIV, and suggests some relative research directions.
