Summary:碩士 === 國立澎湖科技大學 === 行銷與物流管理系服務業經營管理碩士在職專班 === 106 === The purpose of this study was to explore the present situation of an elementary school teacher’s personality traits, job stress, playfulness and innovative teaching of Penghu County. and the relationship between them, and understand the variance of different background teachers. Through this, we could understand how personality trait ,job stress and playfulness predict innovative teaching. The research method was questionnaire survey. It was mainly for elementary schoolteachers from Penghu County. The questionnaire totals 310 samples and effective 300 sampleswere collected. The statistic data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and multiple regression. The main findings of this study are as follows: 1.The personality traits aspect of the elementary school teachers in Penghu County is a littlehigher than middle degree. The job stress aspect is a little lower than middle degree. The playfulness is a little higher than middle degree.The innovative teaching aspect is a little higher than middle degree. 2.There were significant differences in terms of teachers gender, job, educational background and seniority on innovative teaching. 3.There is significantly positive correlation between personality traits and innovative teaching of elementary school teachers. 4.There is significantly negative correlation between job stress and innovative teaching of elementary school teachers. 5.There is significantly positive correlation between playfulness and innovative teaching of elementary school teachers. 6.The teachers’ personality traits, job stress, playfulness and innovative teaching have significant redictability.
