碩士 === 國立屏東大學 === 文教事業經營碩士在職學位學程 === 106 === 　　The origin of this study is a fixed-contract elementary school teacher who grows up from a family and they run roadside banquet business in Taiwan. Observing the decline of roadside banquet culture, the researcher of this research project aims at promoting roadside banquets culture in Taiwan with creating a roadside banquets board game. 　　This research project will present the whole board-game designing process. Through this roadside banquet board game, the students or players will have more interest, know more about the culture and meaning of roadside bakquet. 　　The research method of this study is participatory design, and this research is designed by the researcher and three different background group which are professional practice group, teachers group, and student group. They provide advices and feedback from their perspectives and feeling to make the roadside banquet board game more interesting and meaningful. 　　The designing period of this board game from Februray, 2016 to May, 2018 which can be treated as four stages: induction period, game-shaping period, game-testing period, and mature game stage. Undergoing the five steps of different game creating process, the roadside banquet board game design is finally completed. 　　From the designing process and players’ feedback sharing, this board game will introduce more road side banquet related culture, for example, the cuisine, taboos and features of each different roadside banquet occasion, moreover, players will experience this culture by roadside banquet board game which is the aim of this research project.
