Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 農園生產系所 === 106 === Hedychium spp. (Zingiberaceae) is a perennial. In addition to ginger flower for cut flowers and ornamental plants garden use, the rhizome has cure headache and other effects. This study was to understand ginger flower cultivation and plant parts of different parts of the extraction of essential oils changes and to explore the best growth period and the availability of the best extraction conditions and sites.Three cultivars, Hedychium coronarium, Hedychium flavum and Hedychium simaoense, were cultivated in greenhouse and nursery field, respectively.Plant height can grow 60-70 cm, to December plant height can grow to 100-120 cm, plant production in December the highest in the first year, the fresh weight of the ground up to 524.89 ± 11.19 g, dry weight 121.39 ± 4.18 g. Different extraction methods were analysis on the flower of Hedychium coronarium, and the content of essential oil extracted by freeze-drying was higher than that of ginger flower by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to analyze the samples. The contents of volatile components, the qualitative results (%) and the content of Caryophyllene and Caryophyllene oxide were 10.85%, and 8.39%, respectively. Most of the aroma of ginger flower water distillation extraction essential oils are Monoterpenes, Diterpenoids and Monoterpenes. The essential components of essential oils are α-pinene accounted for 3.43%,β-Pinene 6.31%, Limonene 5.01%, Eucalyptol 6.23%, Linalool 0.74%, and Caryophyllene 2.41%. Three constituents (H.coronarium; H.flavum; H.simaoense) were subjected to Soxhlet extraction to analyze the percentage content (%) of the constituents, and Caryophyllene (Caryophyllene) and Caryophyllene oxide , While the main components of rhizomes were Eucalyptol, α-Pinene and β-Pinene, and (E) -Labda-8 (17) , 12-diene-15,16-dia), and Coronarin E at the fibrous root. The result of extraction and analysis showed that the rhizome parts were the best parts for extraction. The flowers of H.simaoense at 6 ~ 7 months (Ⅰ), the H.flavum at 8 ~ 9 months (Ⅱ) and the H.coronarium at 10 ~ December (Ⅲ) good ingredients and content. In general, rhizome parts are the best parts for extracting the main components, and the efficacy and application of the components still need to be further explored.
