Comparesd with commercial G0lf-Head material, the present alloy possesses the higher density 8.55±0.05 g/cm3 of which increasing the design of Golf-head club. For the parameter of product, the mechanical property and microstructure of the alloy is also performed. Some results are described as following.Being high temperature heated treatment, the mechanical strength and elongation of the as-cast alloy is 289 MPa and 26.8%. After hot-forged and then heated treatment, the mechanical strength and elongation of the alloy is 365 MPa and 38.7%. And then, the elongation of the alloy increases to 42.5%, during aging processes. Essentially, the present alloy is suitable applied on the Sand-wedge Golf-Head club. In meanwhile, during various heated treatment, the microstructure of the alloy is an austenite matrix with some (M6C + M23C6) carbides and χ-phase precipitates resulting to infelence the weldability. For the application on Sand-wedge Club, the parameters should be heated at 800~1000℃ for short time and then hot-forge, and following the 550~650℃ anneal processes.
