This study uses qualitative methodology to discuss the impact of the use of social network application and its frequency level. The main findings are as follow: 1. Higher frequency of supervisors having communication on official business with the subordinates via social network application during non-work time, lower P-J fit, S-S fit, P-O fit would have. 2. Higher frequency of supervisors having communication in personal affairs with the subordinates via social network application during non-work time, higher P-J fit, S-S fit, P-O fit would have. 3. When the frequency of communicating on official business and personal affairs are the same, it would result in a negative effect on subordinates-supervisors fit.
