According to our survey, considering dispatch in ASEAN of Taiwan Enterprises, in most enterprise opinion that candidates are less and not eligible The quality of talent will be the biggest challenge for the future. This research is focus on Taiwan enterprise which has vested in Vietnam talent market those successful dispatch experiences. Except the dispatch willingness of talent, there are eight aspects: " Evaluation and selection ", " Organizational Support ", " Adaptability of International talent aptitude ", " Cross-cultural Adaptability ", " Multinational Business Management ", " Cross-cultural Management "," Headquarter and branch company with formal communication ", and" Headquarter and branch company with informal communication ". Induce and analyze the key factors of successful talent and organizational support for other enterprise to reschedule the optimal design and allocation of those resources by taking into consideration employees’ perception and needs.
