Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 化學系研究所 === 106 === In this research, we use a fluorophore probe (dihydroquinoline-4-imine, DQI), which is immobilized on microarray chips for fluorescence turn-on detection of highly Metastatic cancer cells. DQI is an environmental sensitive fluorophore probe which contributed by solvent relaxation. DQI fluorescence compounds decrease quantum yield from hydrophobic solvent (like dichloromethane) to hydrophilic solvent (methanol). Therefore, a DQI-incorporated chip was developed for monitoring of cell migration. To further enhance the cell attachment, a tripeptide would be attached to DQI. The tripeptide functional group can recongnized by Integrins, which are transmembrane receptor between cell and extracelluar matrix (ECM). Because highly Metastatic Cancer Cells can enhance the binding and highly express integrins on cell membrane, N3-DQI-RGD be recognized, hydrophobic environment will turn on the fluorescenence in cell membrane.
