The system bases on C# program of Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server with TI microcontroller. Using RS-485 which is suitable for long-distance and high electronic noise environment helps accomplish the signal transmission between microcontroller and monitor interface. The real-time tracking interfaces, including operation area, status confirmation, pa-rameter setting, graphic monitoring and numerical monitoring. The status confirmation is used to check the voltage state of the motor; the parameter setting sub-window can be used to read parameters and adjust the motor by changing parameters. Input commands in the operation area while monitoring the motor speed, position and torque in the graphic monitoring sub-window which also contains the trigger mode. The entire digital process will be stored in the database. By choosing the timeline, the corresponding motor information will be shown on the analysis interface, and the user can logically clarify the abnormality happened during the motor operation by analyzing the storage data. There are two-stage tests in the thesis. The first stage is simulation, establishing the operation mode of simulated permanent magnet synchronous motor written in C language for functional testing of the system.
