The food industry laid the foundation of Taiwan's economy has now joined in the Internet. Trying to convey company's products, ideas and service to the consumer by the apps and platform websites. Through the third-party integrated servicer's service capability, companies can focus on their core business, and conduct the innovations of process and product to create high-efficiency value. Used SCP Theory to explore the relationship among the market structure, vendor behavior and business performance in the food industry, and further explore the key factors of the company cooperation with the third-party integrated servicer to grow the business performance. This study is taken C Company as an example. The target is the company which currently cooperating with C Company. The sample is collected by Google questionnaire, 156 valid questionnaires are recovered, and analyzed by Amos and SmartPLS. The results show that the information sharing and logistics performance will positively influence the service innovation, consumer reach and relationship quality, and the performance will only been influenced by service innovation and consumer reach. The results will help companies to understand the key influencing factors of the performance growth by cooperation with the third-party integrated servicer, and give some suggestion about the company's need to the third-party integrated servicer and finally to create a win-win situation
