The more intensely say that after 2018, Taiwan's economy may fall into a quagmire and become weak. Followed by a prolonged period of low fertility, resulting in the aging population of Taiwan society, many problems that must be drastically changed in order to ease such problems as the reduction of classes in Elementary and High schools, Private universities are unable to operate normally, the school closures and many teachers unable to a teaching job, Even some more serious problems such as Public Service Pension Fund and labor Pension funds face bankruptcy. A competitive government or enterprises should be able to foresee problems as early as possible, and put forward a reasonable solution, and then solve problems. This research collects historical and current sociology-economic statistics from Taiwan and abroad, and learns to use SWOT, Michael Porter's Five Forces Model, Comparative Political Economy, etc. analytical methods to study Taiwan's social structure and international environmental changes. Japan is the Second largest national economy in Asia, the earliest country that rapid developed into a developed country. It is also the earliest country with an aging population and low fertility. Economically, it is also a country that is very dependent on foreign trade. Many social and political issues resulting from this factor and the success or failure of the handling by the Japanese government provide countries with as a reference, especially useful for South Korea and Taiwan. So take Japan after 1990 as an example, in the structural change of Japan's gradual decline in labor force and its rapid aging, there is a long way to go for such long-term detentions as low investment, low interest rates and low-scale economic growth in Japan. Are there any better coping methods? In the face of such an era of demographic transition, Can our governments, enterprises and nationals quickly make adjustments so as not to step into the perennial stagnation of Japan and huge national debt? Based on Taiwan's comparison of Japan's bubble economy, economic development, population aging, health insurance and taxation system, this study considers that the health insurance system, economic development, population density and aging represent the differences in demand of a country for the medical market. By observing the trend of economic development, national debt and health insurance system, we explore the effect of the performance of medical industry. Comparing Siemens Healthcare actual sold figures of Computed Tomography (CT) and MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) in the past ten years, comparing the performance of Japan Siemens Healthcare in the same period of low economic growth with that of the same medical equipment sales situation. In addition, we compared the growth rate; market share and customer purchase of these two devices with different competitors in Taiwan's healthcare market using SWOT and Michael Porter's Five Forces Models, and then speculate that device’s future development. On the other hand, the medical industry is also the subject of this study in the global rapid development of new AI technologies such as AI artificial intelligence, online hospital, precision medical treatment and anti-aging technologies. It is also the topic of this research that how to transform and adjust the operation mode of medical industry companies to obtain new development opportunities.
