Agriculture tourism is the main choice of recreational activities. Therefore, this study wants to explore the impact of the recreation experience of the senior citizens in agriculture tourism on health benefits. In addition, relevant research shows that if the senior citizens lack the thrust of social support, it will affect the perception of health; meanwhile, research has also found that social support as moderator in recreation experience and health. Therefore, this study wants to explore whether social support as moderator in the agricultural recreation experience and health benefits of senior citizens. This study developed a questionnaire about recreation experience, health benefits and social support by literature reviewed. The factors of recreation experience include physiology, nature, learning, relationship and escape. The factors of health benefits include pressure, fatigue, effectiveness, tension and mood. The factors of social support include emotional, tangible and informational. A total of 286 valid questionnaires were collected from senior citizens in Zhuzihu. Reliability and validity analysis, confirmatory factory analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The study found that senior citizens have the highest level of “escape” in the leisure agricultural recreation experience; “learning” has the lowest level of experience. Recreational experience has a positive impact on health benefits. The health benefits of Senior citizens with chronic diseases may be better than no chronic. At the same time, the senior citizens who spend more time in agriculture tourism, the higher their health benefits. Furthermore, emotional support and informational support were made sure in moderating the recreational experience of agriculture tourism and the health benefits. It is suggested that relevant industries can arrange appropriate physiology and learning activities so that senior citizens can obtain health benefits more effectively. On the other hand, it is recommended that follow-up researchers can further analyze the differences in the types of chronic diseases caused by senior citizens; or analyze the physiological state of the senior citizens during the agricultural tourism to confirm that nature may have short-term effects on the health; or explore the impact of social support on health benefits when it comes to outdoor activities for senior citizens.
