Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 教師專業碩士學位學程 === 106 === The purpose of this study was to use story- oriented presentations to improve oral communication skills of primary school students. Based on action research, data was collected from 25 primary school students in Changhua city. Samples followed the paired-sample t test of statistical methods, and were subsequently concluded and analyzed by the author’s observation records, interviews and journals.
The survey drew the following conclusions:
(a)Story- oriented presentations aided the students in their learning attitude.
(b)Story- oriented presentations did not bring a significant improvement in the students’ oral communication.
(c)Story- oriented presentations aided the teachers in their professional introspection and growth.
