Summary:碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 音樂學系碩士班 === 106 === In the world of 20’s western music world, Sergey Prokofiev(1891-1953)was a great composer and an outstanding pianist. Whose works and art creations are very abundant. The Prokofiev Violin Concerto No. 1 in D major which the author would like to investigate is early period work. Prokofiev who composed rich works didn’t have been trained much for violin skills. However, he composed two violin concerto works, which are frequently performed by people in the world, and they are violin concerto No. 1 in D major and No. 2 in G minor. It fully demonstrated that Prokofiev bravely tried to create innovation and expanded the enthusiasm of composition scopes. The author will discuss deeply the composer’s background and style of composition, further analyze the interpretation of music and performance, and then elaborate on how to play this skillfully difficult piece of music and specific performance with musical qualities in this article. It’s hoped that the problem of skill can be solved. The interpretation of performance can be more in line with composer’s music concept.
