Subjects consisted of six children with aggressive inclinatons from fifth-grade, who were arranged to Adlerian counseling group for fifteen sessions, each session takes 40 minutes. Children were requested to complete the “Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scales(RSES)” and “Social Interest Scale” at pre-test, post-test and follow-up test. The data was examined by Wilcoxon signed rank test to understand if there is a significant difference between “Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scales(RSES)” and “Social Interest Scale” after participating in Adlerian group counseling. Post-test analysis indicated that the Adlerian counseling group showed the significant difference on “Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scales(RSES)” and “Friendship Subscales” of “Social Interest Scale” . And further, three weeks follow-up test indicated that the Adlerian counseling group showed significant difference on “The Social Interest Total Scores” and “Friendship Subscales” and “Equality Subscales”.
