This research applied the convenience sampling method to collect 225 valid samples from the tour leaders. The results found out that: 1. The harmonious passion affects the burnout negatively. 2. The harmonious passion affects the negative affectivity negatively. 3. The harmonious passion affects the positive affectivity positively. 4. Negative affectivity affects burnout positively. 5. Positive affectivity affects burnout negatively. 6. Positive affectivity partly mediates the relationship between harmonious passion and burnout. 7. The different dispatch way does not only have an impact on the relationship between obsessive passion and positive affectivity but also the relationship between harmonious passion and positive affectivity, and the relationship between harmonious passion and negative affectivity respectively. Managerial implications and future research suggestions based on the research results are provided. WANG, CHIH-HUNG 王志宏 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 104 zh-TW
