inductive industry’s development and metamorphosis. Reform and open of China have been
30 years, since 20 years, the main production change from Taiwan to Chinese Mainland, also
bring the production experience and technology in china, then carried out the deep layout.
Run an enterprise include the design, production, market and processing management, all of
the complicated levels, etc. This study will focus on production-manufacturing, by use the Six
Forces Model, SWOT Analysis, Value Chain Analysis, TQM quality management and
operation mode innovate, open up a way under the adverse situation. Particularly in the global
concern China market, local production and assembling, competitive intense and increasingly,
the economics shown the quickly and explosive situation, changed of social structure and
variable policy adjustment, etc., form survival challenges to manufacturing industry. This
study will focus on the production-manufacturing level, provide below strategy for Industry
vigilance and encourage: (1) HR is the importance enterprise asset, attention talent training,
reserve, career development, foster start up business, guide and rides, setting-up the
sustainable enterprise assets chain; (2) integrate the logistics and supplier chain, increase the
logistics speed and rotation rate, congeniality product layout by cluster pattern, open the
information platform, reciprocal competitive and development; (3) create value chain, guide
the help weak against the strong system, build operational framework, pay attention to the
micro-cost analysis, strengthen the power and change it to special competitiveness; (4)
through automation, intelligentize, information manufactory mode, continuously
breakthrough and move to large-scale.
