Huizhou is still between the two or three line cities,but it also means that the prospect for develop of Huizhou is considerable. The key reason is that Huizhou has become an indispensable strategic hinterland for Shenzhen and Dongguan to continue developing. Chen Jiangzhen is located in the Huizhou development hub. As a result of the investigation of the real estate development of Chen Jiang town, we can find out the direction. The rapid heating of real estate market in China, the "small property" house, which is only 40% to 60% of the general commodity housing, occupies a place in the trading market quickly. This paper is to explore the feasibility and prospect of Taiwan funded enterprises in developing “small property” in Chen Jiang town. This paper will discuss the development of the “small property” in Chen Jiang Town, based on the background real estate development in China, the current situation of the market of the “small property”,and the government policy and the direction of the discussion in the academic circles. And also to study the theory and practice of "small property" real estate in Chen Jiang town of Huizhou by the cost of small property investment projects at present and the calculation of expected revenue and actual data.
