And the predicament of implementation and coordination under the current system. Gain and loss of learning benefits and future advantages for students educted at home. This study is based on document analysis, focus on interviews, and grounded theory as research methods, research on families choosing individual Non-school-based Experimental Education. This study is based on the research scope of elementary and junior high school students who are all physically and mentally sound, against applying for Non-school-Based Experimental Education for two Hsinchu county and city, interviewing six family members, collect different views of education through their perspectives. The results of the study mainly found the following three points: First , parents who choose to educate at home are motivated by doubts about the current education system, The purpose of home education is to achieve the children's character education and self-learning ability. Then, the implementation of home education is subject to the complexity of the application process and return problems, and the passive attitude of the school in cooperation, make the home education after a few twists and turns can be reached. Finally, from the perspective of learning benefits and advantages, breaking away from the standardization education, make educational choices diversification, tailor-made courses, develop the habit of self-learning, for the challenges or dilemmas faced by the future, they can also be better solved. According to the above research conclusions, this study proposes the following suggestions: (1) Choose home education families should consult and analyze the appropriateness and purpose of home education in many ways, decided that home education should be carefully considered, in order to achieve the goal of implementing home education, make children develop adaptively; (2) The government power and responsibility unit under the current system should give due rights and assistance under the law, And the application procedures and auditing standards for all counties and cities should be consistent so that parents can develop their own learning plan for homeschooling education; (3) Parents implement in the process of home education, Wang, Tzu-Hua 王子華 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 131 zh-TW
