碩士 === 臺北城市科技大學 === 資訊應用產業碩士專班 === 106 === The successful promotion of “The Regulations of Governing Building Telecommunication Equipment and Space Appliance Using” relies on whether the practitioners are certified with professional qualifications or certified cabling test qualifications. The credibility of structure cabling in the building or outside plant is closely tied to the approval procedures of copper and fiber installation by technician. Taking the final examination of structure cabling after installation by using a hand carry cabling analyzer is easy, but to carry out parameters to find out on copper failures are not. This is a study on the Taiwan latest copper cabling parameters’ and standards’ differences of present ( 2016/08/01 9th Edition ) and previous ( 2010/09/23 8th Edition ) of National Communication Commission’ regulations of Governing Building Telecommunication Equipment and Space Appliance Using. When discussing this issue, there are four points will be discussed below in this thesis: 1. The structure cabling products in copper category. 2. A review on previous copper cabling standards. 3. A study on the current copper cabling standards. 4. The future prospect on copper cabling category.
