In this research, we found out that regarding to rural education which is under the limited resource base, we can integrate the resources and create more opportunities by adopting resource dependence theory. This study adopts the method of qualitative research, by taking the study of a single case, we explored the issue of Yi Ren elementary school which is in Rende District of Tainan City in rural areas, and explained how Yi Ren elementary school do to fill the gaps by using the theory of bricolage and moreover to create new resources and opportunities, eventually, make contributions to both school and society.
