Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 行政管理學系碩士在職專班 === 106 === The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of the faculty and staff of senior
secondary schools on the impact of conflicts on administrative performance, and the interdepartmental
communication and coordination as the intermediaries of variables.
The dependent variable of this study was set as the administrative performance of the
senior secondary school. The scholastic staff of 6 public and private high-level secondary
schools in Hsinchu City and Tainan City were the main sample parent. The questionnaire was
compiled using a structured closed questionnaire and 150 questionnaires were collected. After
the completion of the questionnaire, the SPSS and AMOS statistical software were used for
empirical analysis. The results showed:
一、Caring for yourself has a significant positive impact on administrative efficiency,
teaching effectiveness, and departmentalism.
二、Task conflicts have a significant positive impact on administrative efficiency,
interpersonal relationships, and information and resource sharing.
三、Information and resource sharing has a significant positive impact on vertical and
horizontal communication and administrative efficiency.
四、Vertical and horizontal communication has a significant positive impact on teaching
effectiveness, interpersonal relationships, and member satisfaction.
五、Departmentalism has a significant positive impact on teaching effectiveness.
六、Caring for oneself has no influence on interpersonal relationships. After adding vertical
and horizontal communication and departmental standardism as an intermediary effect, it
will have a full intermediary effect.
七、Task conflicts have no effect on the satisfaction of member needs. After joining the
information and resource sharing, vertical and horizontal communication as the
intermediary effect, it will have a full intermediary effect.
