碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 經營與管理學系科技管理碩士在職專班 === 106 === Under the trend of globalization with super competitive environment, most of international enterprises are conducted in a project-specific manner, and project management capabilities are increasingly important. Therefore, the success or failure of the project is an important key to affecting the company, and with a huge impact to the project performance. Although there are many literatures in practice and academia, but with few empirical studies can have any impact of innovation behaviors and technology management on project performance. The sample of this study is based on the related personnel of project practitioners in Taiwan, and targeting the project managers and members of the relevant companies, 205 questionnaires were distributed and 155 valid questionnaires were conducted for reliability analysis, Pearson's correlation coefficient and regression analysis. The analysis was found that: Innovation behavior has a positive influence on project performance, Knowledge management has a significant positive impact on project performance, Technology management has a significant positive effect on project performance, R&D management has a positive effect on project performance. The results could be the reference to project management worker for the management plan.
