| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 經營與管理學系科技管理碩士在職專班 === 106 === This case study mainly discusses the difficulties and problems in the management of equipment parts within enterprises. First of all, employ reference to the intellectualized research over the last decade and through the intellectualized introduction system to improve the equipment operation process. Secondly, recognize the current problems and take action based on the interview methods, concentrating on the demand to evaluate the problems from the inside to outside and then develop the old process into the systematization. That standardizes equipment management and contributes to understanding the time and resources wasted in the process to shorten the course. Eventually, the effective and rapid management of equipment parts is systematically constructed to achieve the goal of intellectualization.
In this study, the "focus group interview method" was used as a research case, according to the current equipment parts supply process and the old management methods regarding how to introduce the intellectualized system through the process reconstrusted methods. Depending on the methods of group interviews, we will understand the equipment parts management methods and related literature analysis in the initial stage of intelligent introduction, and will combine with the subsequent introduction of enterprise intellectualized system to fulfill the goal of future intellectualized factories.
Following the introduction of intellectualization, enterprises allow users to realize the benefits of systemic establishment and standardization process formulation, making management easier and more accurate with the collection and storage of equipment parts. Through the digitization analysis the overall material process is moving towards intelligence, allowing employees to recognize the benefits of enterprises developing intellectualization.
