| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 科技應用與人力資源發展學系 === 106 === This study aimed to explore the relationship among job characteristics, job involvement and job satisfaction. The job characteristics is divided into skill variety, task autonomy, task integrity, task significance and task feedback. This study collected necessary data from employees in a financial indusrty through questionnaire, and 248 valid questionnaires were returned. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Job characteristics positively affects Job satisfaction, (2) Job characteristics positively affects Job involvement, (3) Job involvement positively affects Job satisfaction, and (4) Job involvement partially mediates the relationship between Job characteristics and Job satisfaction.
