The results of this study are as follows: (1) Job characteristics positively affects Job satisfaction, (2) Job characteristics positively affects Job involvement, (3) Job involvement positively affects Job satisfaction, and (4) Job involvement partially mediates the relationship between Job characteristics and Job satisfaction.
