Although compensation cases can be resolved by civil law, but in the process of demanding compensation, both parties will always dispute in amount of compensation. This has causes compensation gap between both parties.
There are lots of accident dispute cases pending and need to resolve. There is an urgent need to build a set of objective, reasonable accident compensation calculation and scheme.
This research firstly focus on collecting and analyzing the used vehicles conditions against the actual transacted price, using quantitative research method performing statistical analysis and hope to analyze out the actual market trading surface. Regarding of the invisible accident vehicles value after the vehicle repairs after accident, a set of vehicle body condition assessment and vehicles valuation after accident structure need to be developd【(Y2)= 174487.791+26149.262 (X2)】. This assessment and valuation structure can be used as a basis for both parties and legal authorities during accident compensation legal proceeding.
